This can often prove ironic, as we know that FBRs actually make us more stressed, and more burnt out.<break strength="x-strong"/> FBRs and stress can cause an increase in threat activity, which often gives prominence to threat based parts such as our anxious and angry selves. Our task is to notice all that with mindful awareness and switch over to our compassionate -self identity.<break strength="x-strong"/> The core invitation in this program is to cultivate our compassionate self, to be attentive and caring towards FBRs that arise for us, and gradually develop ways of addressing them, towards the engaged practice of compassion in three directions. Doing so will lead to better wellbeing, as well as improved teamwork and patient satisfaction.<break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> </speak>
