When you are a baby, one day old, your core skill is receiving care and nurturance.<break strength="x-strong"/> We know that if that process is disrupted, problems arise. The principle of being able to identify our needs and receive help from others is always central.<break strength="x-strong"/> Here we offer some simple examples of receiving help and compassion. Carefully read the examples below.
