I’ll become dependent on others who may disappoint me, I might as well do it myself.<break strength="x-strong"/> All these concerns are common and understandable, and yet research shows us that being blocked by such resistances can lead to more stress, depression, anxiety and burnout symptoms.<break strength="x-strong"/> Our goal is to become familiar with our own FBRs and find productive ways to address and overcome them.
