Reduce absenteeism. Managing people engagement. Multitasking. Planning and organizing. Problem solving. Delegation skills. Or any other area you would like to up-skill your mentee in. Now Add your goal, and suitable deadline to for achieving the goal, ensure it is list than six months. You are able to add more than one goal as you can see. You can save your monthly activities in your account, so you can refer to any time. You can also, schedule a meeting with your mentee face to face or through any virtual channel, once done it needs to be approved by the mentee. Let's have a look at the mentee view.
