Status of Employment Employment of Global Strategy Real estate Inc. are generally classified as follows: Probationary employees- are those hired by the company who shall undergo a six-month (6) period of trial and observation to determine their fitness and capabilities to occupy a regular or permanent position. The service of an employee under probationary employment may be terminated for a just cause or when he/she fails to qualify as a regular employee in accordance with reasonable standards set by the company. Regular employees- are those who have passed and successfully completed the six-month (6) probationary period and are found fit for the regular position based on the standards and qualifications set by the company, except in cases where probationary period is extended in accordance with the law. Contractual employees- are those whose services are only required for a limited period of time until such requirement or limited period ceases. Employees under this category are usually hired through the company’s accredited manpower agency; Project employees- are those whose employment have been fixed for a specific project or undertaking, the completion or termination of which has been determined at the time of engagement of the employees.
