Enter your email and password to signup. Next, you will see create page screen. As of now, you do not have a cover letter yet. So let us create one by adding your name,here. Select get started. The first detail you need to enter is your personal information. This is added in your cover letter in case, the consulate wants to contact you. You need to provide a reason for travel, so add one or 2 lines explaining the purpose of your travel. Next is the consulate information. When applying for Europe visa you may travel to multiple countries, in that case you can add the other countries here . Example, if you are applying for Germany visa but also visiting Spain & Portugal, then add only add Spain & Portugal here .We will add the main country in the next field. Click on select consulate. My visa consulate is Germany, so I will choose Germany. As you can see, consulate of Germany is added here. Next is consulate address. You can open google maps and enter the consulate name, as shown here,go to the address section and copy the address by long pressing the address. Paste the address in the consulate address section. . Also select your visa type. The next section, is work information. Click on select and choose your work type. Since I am employed, I need to provide my job designation and company name. It is important to add your flight and insurance details in your cover letter. If you have not booked your flight ticket yet, then no problem, you can use our other app called FlightGen to make your flight itinerary for visa purpose. Next add your travel insurance, again we are partnered with visitors coverage, from whom you can get your travel insurance from just $1 per day. Now onto the next section. trip information. Next is your trip information where you can add your trip dates and trip sponsor information. Add your date of birth and trip start date and end dates. (Fast forward this whole section) It is mandatory, to provide travel itinerary for tourist and business visa. You can do that in this section. Select the dates and add your travel plan one by one. Although it is not mandatory to add for all the days make sure you fill most of the days. Once you add the itinerary it moves to the end of the list. For example, if you are living in the uk and want to travel to Europe on your weekends, you can do so, by adding all your travel dates manually. Now the travel itinerary the final thing to do is add visa documents. Your visa requirements is divided into sections based on your travel purpose and work information. So now click on the select button for each and select only, I repeat, only the documents that you will be submitting for your application. Click on done, and now the statements that you see will be added in the cover letter under visa requirements section. Do the same for all the sections . Now check this box and select create cover letter and your cover letter is ready!! . All that is left for you to do, is download the cover letter by completing payment and sign the document and submit it to the consulate. Your cover letter will be in your devices download folder for android . For IOS, open the link and in safari select save to files option to download your cover letter. Now that you have created one cover letter. it is easy to create copies of it. On any cover letter select the copy option. And enter the name of the new cover letter applicant.
