I am responsible towards the Chief of Staff and the Brigade General Commander of the operation of the assigned organizational unit and of the general services of the headquarters; where necessary, I manage coordination and control of activities involving multiple departments of the office. I support and organize the coordination of physical security activities at the headquarters and related dynamics. I am an Internal disciplinary Commissions component in military proceedings who engage in misconduct. I am Lieutenant Colonel at the Information Technology Bureau, which develops, implements and monitors security inside the headquarters to support strategies, programs and procedures that promote and insure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. I am a manager also responsible for the also concerns Life-Safety Systems. I deal with risk management: I measure the performance of military and I identify who might be in need of enhanced training or supervision. I have developed the ability to provide expert advice to managers across the Headquarter/dependent commands on police and military issues. I am conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results. I am deeply motivated by professional rather than personal concerns. I take and keep the responsibility for incorporating gender perspectives and ensuring the equal participation of women and men in all areas of work. I develop clear goals that are consistent with agreed strategies. I am able to identify and manage priority activities and assignments. I adjust priorities as required. I organize appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work. I foresee and minimize risks and allow for contingencies when planning. I monitor and adjust plans and actions as necessary, using time efficiently. I work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals. I solicit and promote input without distinctions by genuinely valuing others’ ideas and expertise. As a leader i would be willing to learn from the others. I always put the team agenda before my personal agenda. I support and act in accordance with final group decisions, even when such decisions may not entirely correspond to my personal idea: what is important to achieve is the final result.
