In this video, we are going to show how to create an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) using Twilio Studio. This is the JSON. Open Twilio console. Click on the studio and then flow. Click on create new flow. Enter the name and click on next. Scroll down and choose import from JSON option. Click on next. Paste the JSON you created earlier. Here is the flow. Click on the publish button. Confirm your choice. Go back to the dashboard and click on the phone numbers. Click on manage and then active numbers. Click on the phone number. Scroll down and in the “A call comes in” option select studio flow. Then select the flow you just created. Follow the same steps in the messaging section. Select studio flow in the “A message comes in” option. Click on the save button at the bottom. Thanks for watching
