In the Google search bar type Twilio studio IVR JSON generator. Click on the first link. In the first dropdown, select the Polly voice. In the second field enter the voice greeting message. In the next field, enter the SMS greeting message. In the configure number branch option, choose how many phone numbers you want to route the call to. In the branch name field, enter the name of the branch. In the phone number field, enter the Twilio phone number. Once done click on the push to JSON and copy to clipboard button. This is the JSON Open Twilio console Click on studio and then flows Click on create new flow Enter the name and click on next Scroll down and choose import from JSON option Click on next Paste the JSON you created earlier Here is the flow. Click on the publish button Confirm your choice Go back to the dashboard and click on the phone numbers. Click on manage and then active numbers. Click on the phone number Scroll down and in the “A call comes in” option select studio flow. Then select the flow you just created. Follow the same steps in the messaging section.
