I am now going to go into some more detail for some specific alarms. We’ll start with one you’ll already know, Aroma 1 & Aroma 2 Empty. The aroma icon looks like this. The words Aroma 1 Empty and Aroma 2 Empty is what will scroll across the top of the screen. This will also display on CenterSight under active alarms. This alarm will not cause a loss to trading as the machine can still vend a coffee. The alarm cause is that the aroma cartridge in the left or right slot has run empty. How is this rectified? Every 90 days (or 9000 vends) the aroma cartridge will need to be replenished. So overall you can see that the Alarm Reference Guide is simple and easy to follow. I am now going to take you through some of the new alarms and their meanings.
