<speak> Using the control panel in ResiEMDR<break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> Hello and welcome to ResiEMDR’s video tutorials.<break strength="x-strong"/> In this tutorial, we will show you how to use ResiEMDR’s control panel and its features.<break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> The platform’s control panel is located at the bottom of the session screen. It contains all of the buttons that control the BLS and its different features.<break strength="x-strong"/> At the Center of the Panel - you’ll see the Player. The player includes the BLS Play and Stop buttons, the set's seconds counter, and the set's repetitions counter.<break strength="x-strong"/> On the Left Side of the Control Panel - 3 Tabs: <break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> 1. General <break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Speed. </emphasis>It sets the speed of the BLS. <break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Duration. </emphasis>Duration determines each set’s duration, or select the Infinity Duration option for continuous motion. <break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Duration Type. </emphasis>Here you can choose whether to set the BLS duration by the number of seconds or by the number of repetitions.<break strength="x-strong"/> If you are a clinician, then you will see<emphasis level="strong"> Therapist View; the</emphasis> platform's default Therapist View has the visual elements located at the bottom of the screen to allow for an optimal view of the client throughout the entire session. If you do not wish to see the visual BLS at all, you can change the therapist's view to No Visual Elements. If you would like to see exactly what your client sees on their side, choose the Client Perspective option.<break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">2. Display</emphasis><break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Type. - </emphasis>choose between several types of visual stimuli: Horizontal and Vertical Scan, Diagonal scan, Horizontal and Vertical Saccade, Infinity Symbol, Reverse Infinity Symbol, or Sound Only – with no visual BLS at all.<break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Height. - </emphasis>determine the elements’ position on the screen: 1 is the lowest, and 40 is the highest.<break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Elements. - </emphasis>choose whether to display one visual element or two.<break strength="x-strong"/> <emphasis level="strong">Shape. - </emphasis>select the visual elements' shape and size.<break strength="x-strong"/> <break strength="x-strong"/> </speak>
