Hi, My name is Hamid I graduated with a BTS degree in computer systems and networks in 2020, and immediately went to work at M-secureIT enterprise as a network and security technician, and then administrator. At my current job, I handle multiple tasks, but the important one for me is the technical support because has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers, also has grown my troubleshooting skills, and gives me the ability to solve problems live with the customers. I'm passionate about IT and CyberSecurity therefore I always trying to develop and update my skills as well as get new skills.
