We must be sure that patients are comfortable and not nervous if they are not well, giving them time to deal with their stress. I saw informing patients about their treatment and what to expect can calm them. One of my tasks was filing insurance forms and a complete medical history to highlight possible side effects, for example, allergies, illnesses, diabetes, Epilepsy. I realised these are crucial questions, for instance, Did the patient take aspirin? Cardiac patients on aspirin therapy may require extractions for their diseased teeth.
