This art is made from Styrofoam - designed with half faced robot and human and this reflects myself. Prior to Demand Science, I was programmed at work to ignore my feelings, to avoid showing confusion, frustration, sadness and be my authentic self. I became a robot, especially in a work from home set up. My perspective at work changes when I started working here in Demand Science. This art gives a representation that working in Demand Science doesn't equates on working tirelessly and not ignoring our needs. We were born as a social butterfly (half butterfly design) and compassionate human beings. We are gifted with the ability to emotionally understand what other people feel and see things from their point of view. Empathy is a magic way to suddenly remember that we are all human, prone to brilliance and brainlessness. Together, we are all pieces of puzzle that fits it with each other. We respect other people's perspective regardless of their color, ethnicity, and gender identity (colorful flower). This art is a reminder that at times, your principles and core values will be tested, just be still, show your authentic self and know who you really are.
