The alarm usually goes off at 5 o’clock in the mornings. Tamás Tóth never wakes up immediately. He always drinks his first coffee in bed with his wife. After this morning ceremony he goes to the bathroom, has a wash, and brushes his teeth. He often has a cake with butter for breakfast. He leaves for work early, at half past six, as he first takes his daughter, Mary to school. Commuting is frequently the most demanding part of the day. He travels by car then changes to metro line number 3 for Nagyvárad Square. Then he takes tram number 24 to his workplace. He almost always arrives at his directorate at 7:30 am. He rarely starts work after 8 o’clock.
