Procedure for Resolution - Action on the complaint 1) Conciliation - The Internal Committee may, before initiating an inquiry, take steps to settle the matter between the parties involved through conciliation, provided that no monetary settlement is involved. 2) Inquiry - For the purpose of conducting and completing an inquiry, the ICC may convene number of hearings as may be deemed necessary in order to dispose of the complaint. After completing the inquiry, the ICC will submit the inquiry report with its recommendations to the Employer. 3) Interim relief - During the pendency of the inquiry, the ICC might provide interim relief to Aggrieved Person on case to case basis.
