The Procedure for Resolution - Guidelines. 1) Stop the advances: Immediately let the person know about the behaviour that has made you feel uncomfortable. Ask the person to never repeat. If you are unable to confront or the problem persists raise a complaint immediately. 2)Do you want to file a complaint? Skill-Lync encourages all the employees* to report immediately any incident of sexual harassment or retaliation they experience or observe. All claims will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. 3) Who can report a complaint? Any aggrieved employee can make a complaint of sexual harassment, in writing, to the Internal Complaints committee within a period of 3 months from the date of the alleged incident. 4) What If I am unable to raise a complaint? Any person having knowledge of the incident can raise the complaint on behalf of the aggrieved employee with their written consent. 5) Maintain Confidentiality : Everyone involved will be bound to keep information relating to the inquiry process confidential.
