Fraser Island, one of the biggest sand islands in the world is home to one of the purest forms of dingoes and other native wildlife makes this Island a must on the to visit list. Situated 490 kms North of Brisbane and just a few hundred kilometres from Noosa, you can reach the Island by vehicular ferry. We visit the Island in the month of June. June being a winter month but up at this Island nothing is cool except the prevailing scenery and the majestic hue of the lakes.
