I take this opportunity to thank you for responding to my email and also waiting for my call. I hope you are comfortable with English as that is one of our core requirement. I would like to proceed by explaining about our company and how we operate and what is expected from you. PROWESS was started by me along with few industry veterans from IT industry, in mid of 2007. Basic premise was to provide consulting in software , Storage and Security solutions; as the market dynamics changed around 2008 , since we were not from business background we found ourselves in big financial trouble resulting in loosing some of our good team members. As it stands today ,we have not only survived but we have grown on consistent basis, with much evolved business model .more adapted to the current market situation. I am married and blessed with two daughters - elder one is working with Walmart after her Engineering and younger one is about to fulfil her career aspiration by facing competitive exams after 12th, my wife is a teacher. Coming back to the company - As of now staffing services is our core business, we provide permanent and contractual staff on selective basis to companies across India, and to select clients in APAC and GCC region. Each of our team member manages select accounts or companies , which they have added as client or have been handed over to them by other team members. Compensation for each team members is based on profit earned by their efforts through their clients or opportunities allocated to them. Most of our employee work from the comfort of their home and time of their choice ( however keeping the customer time line into consideration). Let me share , how monthly compensation is arrived at - We mostly work in IT domain for Mid and Senior positions ( not Freshers ), average salary range is around 6 lacs per annum, which means 50,000 per month. 50,000 is about 8.33% of the CTC and this is our nominal charge for each placement. We raise a bill for 50,000 + GST @18% and client makes payment after TDS of 10%. Considering this example, we will realize 45,000 from the client. You would be entitled to minimum of 20% of this earning, which means about 9000 ,apart from this we have other components based on the number of closures per quarter ,and total value of closures. Anyone with good communication skill and sincere efforts can make anywhere between 15,000 to 50,000 or more per month. We do not provide targets, however we do guide and support team members based on their expected earning, the amount of efforts and approach they need. As a start we would support you with expenses connected with telephone and internet services , which is about 500 rupees per month. You are required to start by identifying prospective client base and getting them registered with us by way of signing service agreement, all required support for this would be provided. This means no fixed compensation except the expense incurred for telephone and internet usage.
