We are going to begin my second row, leaving out enough hair around the perimeter so the extensions can’t be seen. We are going to work all the way up the back of her head until we reach her occipital bone, then we will start on the sides. Typically, we do not go above the occipital bone in the back of the head. The reason is because we need to leave enough hair to cover and hide extensions when her hair is down. If we run into a situation where they have a natural parting, or the wind blows, we don’t want to expose the extensions where somebody could see them.
