Lindy is a consummate professional with experience working at Lonmin for the last 10 years, firstly as an administrator for a service provider to Lonmin and then from 2012 as a vendor in her own right with her company Katli and Rati providing cleaning and maintenance services. Lindy joined the Shanduka Black Umbrellas business incubation project in 2013 as a GLC business and at that time was introduced by Lonmin to her current partners. In October 2015 Katli and Rati took over the cleaning of the BMR and BMR Smelter as the first solid project and have established themselves as a reliable and professional Service Provider. Going forward Lindy hopes to take her company from strength to strength while continuing to provide focussed attention to each of her clients.
