I studied at the Azad University of Zanjan for a master's degree in computer software I received my BSc in computer software from Applied Science Technology Jahad Daneshgahi Zanjan University in 1387 ( year ) and I received my MSc in computer software from Azad University of Zanjan in 1394 My thesis title was on the effect of some gene mutations on endometriosis with data mining methods. and I have written one papers related to my thesis . In this research, the data of which was provided by the Research Center for New Technologies of Jihad Biological Sciences of Ibn Sina University, the genes of people are classified into two categories, healthy and diseased. In this method, 13 features from the extracted sets and various tests were performed on a set of 260 genes from different people in the field of endometriosis. Finally, among the four Naïve bayes, MLP, J48 and K-Star models, the highest accuracy of the results using the K-Star method is around 99.61% in the Wakai software.
