i don't know how exactly phrase this, but, just like how crazy and rude fans exist, there's rude idols and y'all shouldn't be defending them when they act in a bad way. i've seen a LOT of idols been straight up rude to fans on fansigns/video calls and every time that happens a lot of people defends them by saying that they understand if they act like that because kpop stans are annoying. the thing is, most of the times when those idols act rudely is without a reason. i've seen idols showing no interest while they're having video calls and having a bad attitude, even if the fan is acting normal and not making them do cringey shit like aegyo or making them act like animals. i just think, even if they don't really care about what the fan is saying, why couldn't they at least act interested? those fans paid a lot of money to be able to talk with them, so the least thing these idols could do is pretend they care instead of just showing their clearly not interest.
