i think everyone needs to accept the fact that there's not a single "unproblematic" idol, these are real people and they're not perfect, i don't think they've not made a single mistake in their life (and it's not like yall have either). the thing is that some of yall would stan anyone just bc of the fact that they haven't done problematic things in their career and even praise them for it...what's there to praise for? not doing fucked up shit publicly? it seems like yall only stan these people just because y'all THINK theyre unproblematic and once yall realise theyre not, yall just unstan them and search for any "unproblematic" group to token stan so yall can feel superior. with this being said, of course you are allowed to decide to not stan groups that have been problematic, but acting like youre superior to the people who stan groups that have done things is ridiculous and even more so if those people were offended by the actions of that group/idol, if they decide to still stan them, they are allowed to do so and yall don't have the right to shame them.
