Hello, and welcome. This short video will show you how to upload artwork to Bishops Printers, for your single version print order. When your order has been placed, you will receive an email like this. To upload artwork, simply click the link to launch our artwork uploader site. The first screen you are presented with on a single version print job, is the artwork format selection screen. The formats available are based on the product you have ordered. In this example we are looking at a plus cover book. We have 6 formats available, plus 1 option when there is no format to match the files that you have. Each format has a description and picture design to help you easily select the right format. Once you have selected the correct format for your artwork files, click, NEXT to progress to the uploader screen. In this example I will first show a single file upload, where all pages for the book are included in one file. On the uploader screen you will be presented with some basic job details, and a widget to upload your artwork. Files can be dragged and dropped onto the widget, or you can click the widget and browse to the files you wish to upload. Please note that only pdf files are accepted on this site. While uploading, you will see a progress bar on each file uploaded. Please wait for all uploads to complete, and then click NEXT, to progress to the summary page, before submitting to print. The summary screen will show you what has been uploaded to the job, and whether it has been submitted to print or not. A status of ACTIVE means that this file is uploaded, but not yet submitted to print. Once submitted to print, this status will change to SENT. When ready to submit your artwork to be printed, click the SUBMIT TO PRINT button and your artwork will be on its way to Bishops Printers. Now, let’s take a look at uploading the artwork in a different format. In this example, we will upload a file for cover, and another file for all the pages of the book. You can see on this screen that we now have 2 upload widgets. One for the cover, and one for the text, and that both widgets will only accept 1 file. In this last example, we will upload a file per page for the book. Here I will add the separate files for the cover, and all the book pages. When the upload is complete, click, NEXT. On the summary screen it’s important that the pages are in the correct order. To fix this, you can drag and drop the files until you are happy that they are in the correct order. When you have submitted to print, Bishops have your artwork, and will start the process of creating your print job. Thank you for watching.
