If you still feel that there is a lot of residue in the clients hair, you can go back in and spray the area with the oil based solvent once the extensions have been removed, and comb it out. It is best not to spray the oil based solvent on the extensions if you are planning to reuse them. It can make the extensions slippery and hard to remove, plus it is even harder to retape the extensions once they have oil on them.
