So we just completed several rows on our client’s head. The first two rows were closer together and our other rows were installed as a medium hair application. Once we reach the occipital bone, we really don’t want to go any higher than that, or a lot of times you will be able to see extensions. We always make sure we leave enough hair on the crown of the head to cover the extensions. Just in case the wind blows, or if they have a natural parting where their hair might separate. Typically the last row in the back of the head will also end up being the first row on the side of the head. This is generally when you begin on the left side and go all the way around the head. We never want to do the front separate from the back, that way we always get a good blend.
