In today's world of easily available knowledge across various platforms, enterprises struggle to validate whether an employee has learned the skill and quantify the improvement in the skill. We at i mocha help enterprises identify the training needs and validate whether the training programs are effective or not, by assessing employees and finding out whether or not the employees have improved their skill level. The biggest challenge any L&D department faces is the lack of participation from the employees. The most common complaints are either they are too busy to undertake learning programs or there are too many tools which they have to learn and access. The I mocha talent app launched on Microsoft teams helps bridge this gap between the L&D department and the employee. With this app, we bring the assessment experience into the employee's daily area of work. The i mocha talent app is the place where employees can access all the assigned assessments. They can take any test at any point in time of their convenience. in the app, the My competencies section shows the insights about employee's performance, in various skills on which the employee was assessed. Currently is empty because the employee has not taken any test. the badges sections shows the Various badges earned based on the performance in the assessments. Here you see a list of assessments that are assigned to the employee. These tests are fully functional with all the proctoring settings like window violations, Audio and Video Proctoring, and Image proctoring. Let's take an assessment. Let's take English proficiency. after you click on take test, the test loads. you will see the instructions provided for the test and start the test. The employee can read the question and select or enter the answers to the question. for now, I will randomly select the answers. once all the questions are answered learner can finish the test. then it shows information about attempted and pending tests, let's finish the test. it then asks for feedback. you can enter detailed feedback. it takes a few seconds to generate the test report. It takes us back to the app. here you can see that My competency is updated with the proficiency level in English and the badge which i earned based on my performance. I can download the report from here or I can resume the interrupted test if it is configured. The activity tab shows various update cards based on your activity on the app. We at i mocha are the largest skill library with 2500+ ready-to-use assessments. Thank You!
