Suriya is a new employee joined in NTT Data two months back. Today, he logged in his system as usually and he noticed one E Mail from the Unknown person he did not have any idea about it. Suriya observed some spelling and grammar mistakes with some suspicious link and document attached in that E Mail. So, Suriya called his team mate Lakshmi and Explained about what he observed from that E Mail Then Lakshmi recalled she completed some Phishing training earlier and she explained to suriya about the phishing emails how it could be and what suriya need to do. Also, Lakshmi advised suriya to report that email in the Report Phish tab in the Outlook. Suriya followed the steps suggested by Lakshmi. Hence, they have saved the information from the security threats
