During training, you will be asked to open a job-related help ticket to practice requesting permission to reject a job. Help tickets are also used to ask questions on live jobs or get technical assistance while working. To open a ticket on a job, just click Options in the top left corner and select Job-Related Help Ticket. You can then enter a subject line and type your question in the pop-up. Once the Help Desk responds, you will receive a notification in the TypeEasy software and you can view the response on the Tickets tab of your typist dashboard. For questions not related to a specific job, just select Other Ticket from the Options menu.
