The federal emergency management agency has issued a viral outbreak warning for the following counties or areas: California; alameda - contra costa – marin – napa – Sacramento - San Francisco - San Joaquin - San Mateo - Santa Clara - Santa Cruz – solano – Sonoma – Stanislaus – yolo.
