this week’s inkigayo special stage is.....wa da da never hit for me and the remix did not change my mind good choice of songs, but outfits & choreo could use more work and thought put into it orchestral arrangement is nice but jinsoul was right, this would have been more emotionally impactful for fandora though i was rooting for this song when people thought it was not good by the way... the remix is nice and so is the choreo. however, the story/connection with the hourglass is a little bit flimsy not only here but also for the rest of their time on the show imo mnet, you said you’d give compensation points now WHERE THE FUCK IS IT... anyways imagine doing this tiring choreo while also recovering from covid. the moon girls slayed even though they weren’t earning any points, like that’s how you PERFORM. precisely reminding us all that she is thee summer queen! that dance break with the brass is so fun, I enjoyed it very much exy’s rap was messy, plus the song didn’t really match with the concept...yeoreum’s solo dance was very cool tho beat wjsn only bc of concept execution, sorry. a decent reimagining of the original song. choreo could use some more work and vocals were ok. their best stage in the whole competition, the barbie mermaidia vibes were strong here. the addition of rollin was kind of unnecessary since pool party is a cute enough song on its own. the girls had fun and looked like they enjoyed it though. deserved so much better than 6th place, literally a glow-up from the original the “grown woman” remix of so what is very cool, but I wished she took a bit more time on that bridge instead of rushing through it... got me smiling ear to ear & singing/humming the song for days the twerking in the interim round aside....yeah hikaru is doing a lot of the heavy lifting. the song’s lyrics are so weird too. vocals slayed but those masks could have been utilized for longer and for a grander effect nice propwork and styling, but i wished they offered more than just high notes... scrumptious harmonies and beautiful high notes balance each other out! if only the staging had a little bit more creativity... powerful vocals, nice harmonies, a meaningful staging choice - it’s simply great from performance, choreo, to song...a work of art, a masterpiece, a legendary 12/10 stage on-theme remix & aesthetic, but....song choice and vocal mixing could be better. the boys is very overdone atp. the holograms were cute, but non-committal remix number 1 + chair choreo segment should have have been longer.... non-committal remix number 2.....aesthetics were cute, but i wish they committed to that marching band/cheerleading sound more. she understood the assignment! well...maybe except that dance break..... 1ST PLACE ABSOLUTELY DESERVED! i would have preferred high heels but this isn’t too shabby either, the stage was very beautiful too my fellow 2019 orbits, let’s cry together... the perfect blend of simplicity, elegance, magic, power, and sentimentality the drones, the choreography, and dayoung’s bob are the only stand-outs, and i’m being generous. couldn’t even make the song less mid. youngeun & hikaru devoured. some parts of their choreography really gagged me...if only the song wasn’t like that.... she took the “korea’s beyonce” nickname a little too seriously here....not a big fan of the styling or the rapping, but vocals were great as usual! can’t go wrong with a fun summer concept, love the flooreography, everybody looked so good - would have loved to see them play around with their music more to be honest their best queendom song AND performance....it was a joy to watch but their stylists did them dirty with the dresses now THIS is a winner’s performance! the paparazzi concept, the dance break, and the styling was so so good
