Let’s say, that during the dictation, this client requested the Spicer GHN Letterhead during their dictation. You would just go to them templates tab. Find that template in the list. And click open. Do not start typing in this document though! You will need to click “use” and that template will be brough over into your working document tab in Type Easy. Now that you’re back in the document tab. You can begin typing. If the client requested an additional template in the same dictation. You would navigate back to the template tab, find the right template, and open. Only this time, you will click append, instead of open. This will add the second template after the first one. One the templates tab, you will also notice that there are two sets of templates. The ones at the top are uploaded by the client. In this example it shows training, because we are looking at a training job. But below that. You will see SpeakWrite templates. These are templates that SpeakWrite has added as helpful shortcuts for typists. If you know that you need to do a Letter with standard indentation and full justification. You can just select that one from the list and use it instead of having to set it up from scratch. When using a template, it is very important to delete any unsued text from the document before you send it back to the client. Otherwise, the customer may be charged for work that they didn’t dictate, which would be considered a major error. Once you’re completed your job and reviewed your work, you’re ready to submit the job. Just navigate to the job submission tab.
