This video will give you an overview of how the speakwrite system works. And the various unique features and services we provide to our clients. SpeakWrite clients record their dictations and submit them to SpeakWrite for transcription. Once the dictation is received, it is assigned to an available typist in an easy to use format. When the job is complete, the transcribed document is sent via email to the client. Typically, in about 3 hours. The fast 3 hour turn around time is one of the industry leading advantages SpeakWrite has over other competitors. SpeakWrite allows clients to submit single speaker dictation, multiple speaker recordings, like meetings and interviews, and even Spanish work for translation. Depending on your application, you may be approved for general or legal work. Starting out, you will only be assigned single speaker work. After a while, you may be eligible to become a multi-speaker typist. SpeakWrite also allows users to add customizations to their account so that they get a consistent product back each time. Some customization features include- Templates- which contain text or formatting that the client uses frequently and may want to incorporate into their jobs. A word list that allows them to populate a list of difficult names or spellings for the typist to reference. An address book of contacts they refer to frequently in their work. And written client instructions- which allow the customers to place standing directions on their account so that they get their work back just the way they want it each time.
