Dear All, This video is being created to explain you’ll on how to raise a ticket for any issues related to Head Office or Warehouse on the Pazo platform. Please note the steps below on how to raise an issue on the Help desk platform on pazo. 1. You would have to login onto the Pazo portal by entering your login credentials. 2. Please click on the Issues option. 3. Then raise an issue option needs to be selected. 4. After which this screen will reflect on your screen. 5. You need to click on the issues option 6. Click on raise an issue on the next screen 7. Then the site “Head Office” needs to be selected from the dropdown selection. 8. Post selecting the site, click on select department option in which you will get all the departments’ dropdown from which the respective department needs to be selected. 9. Once the department is selected, you need to click on the category option and all the categories will pop up which belong to the respective department 10. The respective category needs to be selected for which the ticket is being raised. 11. Once the category is selected then you need to mention your specific requirement in the issue column. 12. Next you need to select the location as Bangalore as HO is based out of Bangalore. 13. Next the assignee name needs to be selected which will reflect automatically in the dropdown. Requesting you all to not select anything in the due date column as it is taken automatically. 14. If you have any image for the same issue you can attach the image by clicking on the option “Browse file” and select the image, attach the same and click on submit option.
