The month of June is dedicated to Sacred Heart of Jesus. In this month our parish conducts house blessing of the Parishioners. Today Parish priest, Catechist Prakash and Dabling Coordinator Mr. Nimsing Lepcha are on the way to Saruksha. There we have three families. This is a primary school. It is a branch of Sadhu Sundar Singh School at Dubling. The other side of the hill is known as Pemling. It belongs to another parish. This is a house made with stones. No one stays here. It is abandoned. This is a small cross over constructed by World Vision. During rainy season a large amount of water flows in this brook. It is quite a height. Mr. George Lepcha is the animator of one of the SCCs in Dubling. He is expert in riding motocycle in hills. Inspite of the road is full of swamp he gives two of us a lift. It is a wonderful experience. It is another day. Today house blessing is around Lower Beong. We are at Ongtshering Uncle’s House. He is Leonard. He is playing a tune “esu timro darshan” from the Nepali Catholic Hymnal Bhajanmala. He is said to be playing at Gitdubling Public ground once upon a time during Independence Day. Now on the way to another house through fields of cardamom.
