Hi, Georgio it’s nice to meet you too. Well I’m the senior developer here at NovaBank, we’re a startup looking to transform the online banking experience by creating a website that will use AI to create virtual banking agents and believe that using your AI studio will help us do that. So as a small startup we only offer our customers personal and business banking options such as current accounts and savings but we are looking to scale this up into loans. The problem we have is this requires stricter regulation in some international zones. Is this something you can support us with? Yes, we have a limited number of specialist banking agents working from home, so are hoping the AI studio will allow us to take the pressure off these agents, but we’ve not thought about syncing the conversations between these calls. It would be really useful if the information from the virtual agents was passed onto the specialists in order to provide a better service. So we have a number of developers that should be able to handle this, but it's good to know we have this option if they need it. So the idea will be that a customer wanting an account can go to our site and set one up and if they need to talk to someone they can do it through our online chat function rather than needing to call an adviser. If the problem is rather complex, a call with one of our specialists can be scheduled, but predominantly we want the virtual agent to do most of the work. In order for us to provide accessibility it would be great if the bot had text and voice capabilities which is what has drawn us to you. At the moment yes all a customer can do is call our specialists, but a number of customers have asked if they could talk via WhatsApp. Would it be possible to integrate the two?
