Not installing the cleats properly could end up in knee injury, however many beginners struggled to do so without professional help. Fortunately there is a way to install your cleats correctly and easily at home. The first step is to spot the widest part for your foot. In most cases it means you need to mark out the first and fifth joints of the foot. Make the marks on your shoes with protection tapes to avoid damaging the shoes. Once you have the shoes marked up, you are ready to place the cleats on the shoe with the center of the cleats in line with the marks. Remember not to tightened the screws entirely to make it easier to make adjustments later on.
