Hello and welcome to The Comedy Gold Lounge. Please subscribe to know all the latest money saving deals as I love a good bargain myself! How to earn loads of Nectar points? You might think the answer is hard but it is very simple. Your points will soon add up and you can even trade your points to double them! Let's kick start this video off with a way to make Nectar Points for free! This is the Nectar Notifier which is powered by Yahoo. All you need to do is search the internet using Nectar Notifier instead of Bing or Google and you will receive 1 Nectar Point for every 2 internet searches you do. You can earn 200 Nectar points per month just by doing a couple of internet searches, which we all do everyday. This works out at 2400 Nectar Points per year, which is worth £24 for FREE if you trade your points up for double the amount, which I will explain later on in the video, to double your nectar points in an instant! I bet you have even searched "How to earn nectar points" So it proves you can search the internet easily. The handy little Nectar notifier also reminds you that you can earn nectar points at specific sites. As an example, I fancied a takeaway, so I went onto the Just Eat website. I would have earnt points just for searching that! Plus, it will remind you in a big box you can collect nectar points for orders made at just eat. You will be earning loads of points in no time with this amazing opportunity as Nectar terms up with over 500 retailers. Another good way to earn Nectar points is by completing shopping tasks at Sainsburys. You can earn 1 point for every £1 spent but also you can complete weekly tasks at Sainsburys to bag yourself some bonus points. They are sent to your Nectar account every week and you must press the save offer buttons before you purchase the items. Then, you receive the nectar points onto your account. The amount of weekly offers can vary, some weeks you can get 4 items then some weeks 18 items. The bonus points also vary, usually from 10 points to 100 points an item. Sometimes you can grab a right bargain because you may receive 100 points if you buy a single banana or a tin of Sainsburys branded baked beans. The weekly offer products are also exclusive to you. As Sainsburys and Nectar save your shopping history, you are usually sent weekly offer items that you have bought in the past, meaning most of the time you get bonus points on the products you love! When you receive your receipt you can also get Nectar offers printed with them, so more opportunity there! Sainsburys also run tasks and challenges to make your shopping more fun and boost your nectar point balance at the same time. At the time of recording, customers are able to take part in "The Great Big Fruit and Veg Challenge". You have to buy portions of fruit and vegetables and if you reach the targets you win the desired nectar points. This includes fresh, frozen, tinned and dried fruit and veg. You can even buy loads of cheap mushy peas for 21p, which is amazing and usually counts as 2 portions. You can also unlock badges by buying specific fruit and veg to bag yourself more points! If I completed all my personal badges and portions, I would earn 1090 Nectar points. Each customer has specific challenges and offers so your offers may be less or maybe even more!Let me share with you another way to earn those points. eBay! Yes, you heard correctly. Try and only shop with ebay when they are offering bonus points! They host regular point boosts where you can earn multiple points per order. These can include times 3 and times 4 point boosts, and I have seen it at times 8 being the highest. This means for each £1 spent, you will receive 8 points instead of 1 point. It makes sense to wait a few weeks for the boost! This counts on ALL ebay items. So auctions also count towards the amazing offer boost.Maybe you cannot afford to purchase items on ebay? I have another way to earn nectar points without even spending a penny. Nectar Canvas is a survey site where you complete surveys to receive nectar points. The Nectar points are added to your balance usually within 2 days, but they do advise you up to 28 days. Even if you fail to complete a survey, you will always be given 1 point. If you put your mind into it, you can earn enough nectar points for a beer or a few snacks. That's what it is all about. You can also earn trophies and awards to increase your level, where you will receive higher paying surveys. In my opinion, they are the best survey site as the surveys are really easy and I have been paid within 2 days every time, the quickest being a 25 minute wait to receive the points! Nectar themselves can also send you exclusive surveys to your email address, featuring a quick 2 or 3 minute survey to bag a ton of points. Taking a look at your weekly partner offers page can also give you all the best deals out there from Nectar point boosts, to free nectar points from completing small tasks. Your free offers could include signing up to a website, watching a small video, completing a quick survey or giving feedback to a retailer, for example Sainsburys or even nectar themselves! The paid offers usually include Nectar point boosts and also fixed point offers. This is where the amount of nectar points is based on buying the product or service mentioned, rather than it being based on how much you spend in pounds. Now that I have told you the ways to give your Nectar points balance a huge boost, Let's now double the fun and double all the points you have collected! We return to our Nectar point boosting heroes, Sainsbury's. They give customers an opportunity to DOUBLE their points usually once a year. This incredible offer is launched during very late October, usually until halfway through November. You are given a couple of weeks to convert your Nectar points to Double Up Vouchers to be used at Sainsbury's. There is just one thing to note, you cannot buy groceries, or even fuel with these double up vouchers. However, You can spend your double up vouchers in Sainsbury’s stores in any of these 11 categories Cosmetics Electricals Entertainment Fragrance Gifts Homeware Seasonal goods and for an example, Christmas Decorations Skincare Sainsbury's Taste the Difference wines, champagne, sparkling wine, sherry, and port. Toys, and Tu Clothing - Including accessories, footwear, and fancy dress Customers may get put off by doubling up their points but I think this is a good idea. Nectar Points are meant to be saved up, built up, then for you to spend them on something to treat yourself. So rather than just buying a standard family food shop, you can treat yourself to some home improvements, or new clothes, or maybe a new electrical for your kitchen, the choice is down to you! Nectar and supporting retailers are always looking at ways to introduce new and fairer systems for everyone to take part and earn Nectar points so always be sure to log into your nectar account to check all the offers. Plus make sure you are subscribed to marketing such as emails, text messages and postal. Nectar usually sends at least 1 email a week containing offers for you.
