Once you log on to your Workday account, this is the log-in screen that would be visible in front of you. This Login screen consists of 2 Major options: Notification Bar, which consists of all your workday notifications.. The Very first task on your screen is the Morningstar Code of Conduct. Once you click, it shows the Code of Conduct of Morningstar…. Once you finish Reading once you read you have a check box “I Agree” you must click on that check box…. The second Task is the Information Security Policy Which states that all the information that are been shared with you should be kept confidential and there should not be any misuse of data and data breaches. The Second tab requires your overall past employment proof which consists of your Reliving & Experience Letter of your previous two employers. But if you are a Fresher you can skip this part. Make sure all your employment letters are compiled in 1 single PDF. The Third Tab requires additional documents which consist of your Government ID which is Pancard, aadhar card, Passport etc. You have to compile all your id in 1 single PDF and upload it on this portal. Next is the Employee Joining Form which you have to download first. It’s a 3-page form where we require your basic details like Highest education, previous employment details passport size photo, etc. You can convert this pdf form into a word document it is a completely editable PDF and you can fill this form in word format again convert it into pdf format and upload it on this portal else you can take the printout and fill the form manually scan it and upload it. Next is the Employee Crossing Form which is our Background check form again the procedure is the same we require your details so kindly download this form fill all the necessary details and re upload on this portal. Next is PF nomination form it’s a basic form that requires your nomination details, nomination DOB, Marital status, address etc. Again you must download it convert it into PDF format and upload it to the portal. We shall a demo form with you for better understanding. Again you have to upload this file here. Next is PF Declaration Form. In this form, we require your Complete name as per aadhar card, your Fathers/Spouse’s name, your DOB, Gender, Email Id and Phone number, KYC details which consist of your bank account no, and IFSC code, aadhar card no, etc. Again a demo form will be shared with you for better understanding. Once this form is filled out, you have to upload this to the portal. Below this you can see there are another IMPORTANT PDF attached which consists of Mumbai’s arrival Guide, Parking Policy & Basement parking Layout. Click on SUBMIT The next Page consists of Personal Information where you can have to start with your Gender, DOB, Place of Birth ( Country of Birth, Region of Birth & City of Birth ), Marital Status, Marital Status Date( if Married), Race/Ethnicity, Nationality, your residential address, phone no, email id and you can on SUBMIT. Finally, we have reached the last stage of documentation which is Information Security Onboarding again you can download this policy. You can click on I agree and click on Submit Button. At last, you would get an option to upload your passport size photograph. Once you upload your photo you would be able to review all the tasks that you have completed and in case you need to change any details you can do it before the final submission. On your Home page, you can see a bell notification which would help you know in case any of your tasks is pending and that need to be completed…… QUICK FAQ In case the file is not getting uploaded – reduce the file size and then upload…..
