Here's what I suggest we need to examine ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY at this time before moving forward / endorsing: 1. Do they track their (NPT) performances? 2. What does the NPT results look like for these 6 years? 3. What percentage of their NPT was against PERF specifically? 4. What specific NPT events occurred during these 6 years? 5. Do they track their SSHE performances? 6. What does their SSHE results look like for these 6 years? 7. What SSHE events took place on these 54 perf jobs? 8. Can ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY provide us with the incident reports and corrective actions for all their perforating job incidents? 9. Do they actually track TASK performances? 10. How does this performance curve show over the 6 years? 11. How many wireline Trucks does ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY have in total? 12. How many are equipped to execute perforations? 13. Roughly how many Crews teams does ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY have in total? 14. How many of these crews are Competently Certified and Recently Assessed as approved to perforate? 15. How many of these crews in #14 would be uniquely identified as those endorsed to work WQ wells? 16. Can they provide CV's, Explosive Certifications and Recent Competency Assessments for members selected for WQ wells? 17. Is ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY agreeable to provide Well Work contacts at the 5 mentioned companies for use to make responsible References calls? 18. Lastly in my mind, a Zoom call with ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY Executives and Operations Managers to share a chat with Mr Maytham and I to understand their leadership values, engagement and workforce linkages. I have concerns why historically Mr Mike and Mr Arab removed ARAB WELL LOGGING COMPANY from our vendors list. I am genuinely open to reconsideration BUT as Mr Maytham and I are jointly responsible for the well-being of our workforce and performances on our sites, we will study this situation very closely before endorsement. We need to feel totally confident they will continue to participate in our 650+ NO RECORDABLE safety run currently. I am aware we could use some catching up; but never at the cost of any incident; especially explosives. I was dispatched to an EM site to assume role as PIC at a perforating fatality; I am very committed to getting perforating RIGHT, not WRONG. This endorsement will take me some time to process responsibly; please be patient. Regards, Mark
