Hi, this is tharanya, she joined as a fresher, she is logging in with putty server, but she is facing issue in putty, she has no idea about the error she got, so she is calling her teammate sonia for seeking help. Sonia joining the call , tharanya explaining about the issue, so she is checking is there any IP change in EC2 Instances. As guessed there were a IP change happened, Then they are seeking help from the another teammate Priya gupta for creating request for IP change. Priya joining the call and creating the request to map newly changed bastion IP to DNAT IP. With reference to the request number sonia sending mail to Pandi from network team. Then Pandi is receiving the mail and do the IP mapping as requested and acknowledged the same with the reply mail. Tharanya checking the mail from pandi showing that the IP is mapped, then she reconnect the putty server and it is working as expected. She acknowledge the same in reply mail to pandi. The quick action and co-operation between the teammates helped to resolve tharanya's issue sooner.
