Response for Assessment Jobs For Girls 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and your main skills. I am a hardworking high school student seeking employment. Bringing forth a motivated attitude and a variety of skills. I am able to bring a variety of skills into a workplace, such as: computer skills, teamwork ability, multitasking ability, customer service and communication. 2) Describe your strengths and weaknesses. My strengths which contribute to my workplace can be considered to be communication, customer service and computer skills. I am multilingual and able to hold advanced conversations in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. I have built my customer service skills by contributing to my school's SRC stalls and school carnivals. I am tech-savvy and have built my computer skills by engaging in Information and Software Technology courses provided by my school. As a high school student, I know that what I’m lacking is career experience. I hold exceptionally advanced skills, and the only thing holding me back is my lack of work experience because of my young age. 3) Why should we hire you? For starters, I have all my skills listed in my resume, which I have provided to you. I am confident that I am a fast learner and hold the ability to adapt to new workplace environments quickly. I am inspired by making a positive impact by applying computer database updating skills and my problem-solving abilities allow me to address challenges to achieve results. I've closely reviewed the needs and requirements for this role and believe that my qualifications have prepared me to contribute immediate value to your organization. 4) Give an example where you have used good problem solving skills and explain how it improved the outcome of the situation. I lack career experience, although I have used good problem solving skills in school. Researching, analyzing and testing dependability helped me improve my problem solving skills. I have used my problem solving skills in a science class at school, researching chemicals before an experiment was held contributed to more knowledge and understanding of my surroundings which furthermore extended my awareness. A specific example, could be when a spill of chemicals occurred during the science experiment and the host of the experiment was about to directly touch the chemical to clean the spill, and since I had background research knowledge and was able to analyze the situation quickly I then confronted the host to not directly touch the chemical spill or else their hand skin could be damaged. As a result the host did not directly touch the chemical spill and everyone was safe while conducting the science experiment. 5) Describe your long term career and occupational goals. My long term career and occupational goals so far include getting a professional credential, training in a particular skill area evolving around medicine, and gaining industry experience in a specific job in the workplace environment of medicine and helping people by providing them with a satisfactory service.
