"The mistress spice” is about A little store of spices located at the corner of Esperanza Street in Oakland, California. That store has a unique store where you can find there every kind of spice that has ever grown In India. The owner of this store is an old Indian woman named Tilo. She has a kind of magic to recognize to knows all about spices and their "magical powers" She knows where each spice comes from, what its color means, and what its smell means. Her knowledge she got from her ancestors, she uses spices to help people who are in trouble. Although the name doesn’t match the plot of the book it helped me the next time I choose a book to don't choose a book by title. I liked this book because of the imagination he turns on. I will give him 4 stars
