Here descriptors for Leadership and consulting categories have not been rated by the lead hence he is not able to submit, so let's go ahead and fill those the lead fills in ratings for each descriptor, he is now able to submit the assessment. Once the assessment has been submitted by the lead, it's the lead's responsibility of scheduling a one on one call with the employee and discuss the ratings. After the one on one discussion the lead is supposed to give closure comments. In closure comment, the lead is expected to select a descriptor that needs improvement in the next 2 months, The emprovements that need to be made, Activities/ Actions to be taken. Review date is an optional field at this point. Once the lead fills in the closure comments and submits, he will not be able to add any more descriptors for improvement and will only be able to edit the last 2 fields which are review date and observed improvements in the future. At this point, the assessment has been completed.
