If you want to speed up your PC, here is a list of some Windows 11 processes you don't need. 1. Adjust the Power Settings. Some users set their system’s power settings to Power Saver mode in order to conserve battery. it’s advised to use High Performance or Balanced power plan. Click on the Windows Search. Type here the control Panel. Click on the Control Panel. Click on Hardware & Sound. Now Click on the Power Options. Unhide Additional Plans. Select Balanced Power Plan. Using High Performance means more power consumption. But Balanced plan helps strike a balance between performance and power consumption. 2. Disable Windows Tips and Tricks. Windows 11 Tips and Tricks is another of the Windows 11 processes you don’t need. This feature is known for some performance issues, but you can disable it by following these steps. Open the Start menu and click on Settings. Click On the NOtifications From the Right Panel. Now Disable Get Notifications From Apps and other senders. 3. Uninstall bloatware. Click on the Windows Search. Type here control Panel. Click on the Control Panel. Click on Programs. Now Click on Programs and Features. Select all the applications you intend to uninstall and follow through with the process. 4. Reduce the number of startup applications. One of the negative results of too many startup applications is a slower system speed. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager. Click on the Startup tab. Right Click on the startup application you want to disable and click on the Disable button. Repeat these steps for all Windows 11 processes you don’t need. Now Close All Open Tabs.
