Let’s walk you through our brand new feature - "Agent Dashboard", Your one stop solution to check all the Work and Performance related metrics from a single place. The agent dashboard has been designed to give you more visibility on your daily progress related metrics like Your Daily Bookings, C sat Customer satisfaction Score, Monthly Incentive Payout and Logins hours You can access this dashboard from "Dashboard" button on the top left side of the sales view. This section is known as the "today's metrics". It shows your today’s performance on how much Add On Booking and Main Booking has been done along with other important metrics like bucket utilization, talk time, attempts, login hours for the day. “Your MTD Performance” section talks about total booking source for this current expiry month and your target bookings It also shows the total upsell APE done in the current expiry month. You can further click on drop down button to check the grace and forward month performance On clicking the “know more” button, it will redirect to the new page where you can check your day-on-day graphs based on total lead assigned to sourced booking for the current month. To check your year-to-date details, you can click on the YTD button that shows information on month-wise Sourced booking and Issued booking from April till current month. Hover your cursor over the bars to know more details about your sourced booking Navigate down to check your day-wise and month-wise talk-time graphs, bucket utilization, and other important metrics. You can check your “Current month projection” on the dashboard that shows the projected incentive, Further, you can check the details by clicking on the “know more” button. Check your ranking based on MTD Achievement from the leaderboard for the month The “Average MTD Talktime” widget displays your average daily bucket utilization as well as your average daily talk time for the month The C sat Customer satisfaction section hosts-your C sat Score of the agent based on the last 30-day calculation.
