Describe exactly what you need from the sponsor: The library has nearly 100 books, donated by teachers, financial supporters, and members of the community. However, the library is sparsely supplied and does not have enough books to conduct children’s book club reading sessions. The librarian does not have a computer to check books in and out. And the few bookshelves that we have are flimsy and full, making it difficult to store books properly. International Innovation, Inc. wishes to set up a more advanced therapeutic program to meet increasing needs. To meet program needs, staff will buy teaching supplies, student supplies, and many books needed. These progresses will simplify operations, allow more favorable programming, and offer expansion for budding demands. As Chairman of the Board, I am writing to you to ask for $4,036 toward gaining new bookshelves, rolling book carts, and a laptop computer to meet general program needs.
