Explain why a sponsor should support your cause: As Restoration Place’s Executive Director, I am writing to you to request funding needed to support computer laboratory needs that support basic computer training, resume building, job searches, referrals, and vocation training. We want to help educate more ex-felons and help them gain a fresh start and employment. Hewlett Packard would help us successfully launch our new computer laboratory and serve as a major sponsor in providing computers and printers. Your support would support more than 9 ex-prisoners who would otherwise remain unemployed, with a disadvantage in the job market. Granting computers and printers to support the project will allow hope and a second chance to those transitioning back to society after imprisonment. Project Restart would be filling a much-needed gap and focusing on the resources and support necessary for parolees to rebuild their lives. We desperately want to help these individuals get to the next level, and we need your help to make this possible.
