That was clear in WandaVision, where she dove deeper into her abilities, taking over an entire town and basically bringing Vision back to life in some shape or form. Her chaos magic has made her the Scarlet Witch and her power level is not even a question anymore So Who is the strongest superhero in marvel especially after Doctor Strange multiverse of madness. So in the movie we have seen an overpower avatar of scarlet witch!! She finished the whole illuminati team of earth-383. She made spaghetti out of Reed Richard and melted of black bolt. But but in the movie we also see America chavez getting control to her power at the end and giving a tight fight to Wanda. And there are many more new characters coming in marvel like MS.
